About Victoria
Victoria Lee Sierra, LE, CLT, LSO, is a highly experienced Medical Aesthetician and Owner of Skin Deep by Victoria LLC, with more than two decades of hands-on experience in advanced skincare and medical aesthetics. Victoria has built her career on a strong clinical foundation combined with an artistic eye for skin health, rejuvenation, and balance. She is known for creating customized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term skin wellness, serving patients seeking corrective, preventative, and rejuvenating aesthetic care within a medical office setting.
Victoria specializes in advanced energy-based and microneedling technologies, including Scarlet RF Microneedling, SkinPen® Microneedling, Eclipse Microneedling, Icon™ Laser, and the Helix™ CO₂ CoolPeel®. These advanced modalities allow her to effectively treat fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, sun damage, skin texture concerns, and overall skin laxity while prioritizing safety and minimal downtime. As a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and Laser Safety Officer (LSO), Victoria adheres to the highest standards of safety, precision, and evidence-based protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Research products and chemical peels, VI Peels, Dermaplaning with
DermaplanePro, and HydroFacial®. She also incorporates and recommends medical-
